Founded by Amarbalita Martin in 2026, Stafford Martin is the executive search partner for ambitious life sciences companies, from emerging innovators to established industry leaders.
Following a PhD at the University of Warwick and postdoctoral research at Warwick and Oxford, Amarbalita moved into the commercial life sciences sector. For more than 20 years, she has specialised in executive search and leadership hiring, with a particular focus on the role leadership plays in scaling successful organisations.
As a trusted advisor, she partners with founders, investors, and leadership teams to shape talent strategy and secure high-impact leadership appointments that drive long-term success.
